This Privacy Policy explains how XECURE Pty Ltd handles personal information in Australia in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. It applies to our website, partner portal and support systems. It does not cover our Partners’ own websites or systems

We may disclose personal information to service providers who help us operate our website, support systems, hosting, email and logistics. We require confidentiality and appropriate security measures. We do not sell personal information. Examples include Shopify, Zendesk, email and cloud hosting providers. A current list is available on request.

Storage, location and security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Access is limited to personnel who need it. Data may be stored in Australia or in overseas data centres operated by our service providers. Where information is transferred or stored outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure similar protections apply.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When no longer required, we take reasonable steps to de identify or securely destroy it.

Access and correction

You can request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable period.

We use cookies to operate the website and measure usage. You can control cookies in your browser. Some features may not function without them.

CCTV and site data

If you are a Partner installing XECURE systems, you are responsible for complying with privacy and surveillance laws at your customer sites, including signage and consent where required. XECURE only receives footage or logs if you provide them to us for support.

Children

Our products and services are for professional use. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children

Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. We will investigate and respond. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
