    Ticket acknowledgement target is within 1 hour during business hours.

On-site assistance

Partners can book XECURE technicians for commissioning, complex integrations or recovery work. Engagements are delivered under your brand and coordinated with your team.

How to book: open a Technical ticket and select On-site assistance as the category. Provide site address, window, scope and any access requirements.

Data and privacy

  • Do not email live CCTV footage unless requested. If temporary credentials are needed for testing, provide them in the ticket and reset after closure.
