Ordering and payment
Orders are subject to acceptance by XECURE. Pricing is in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is due prior to dispatch unless you have an approved account. XECURE may cancel or hold orders where payment is not received or where fraud is suspected.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes on delivery to the Partner or the Partner’s carrier. Delivery dates are estimates.
XECURE is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
Warranty
XECURE hardware carries a 24 month warranty from shipment for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This sits alongside rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Full details are on the Warranty and Returns page.
Advance replacement
Advance replacement may be available to approved partners by arrangement. A deposit or PO hold may apply and the faulty unit must be returned within the stated window.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XECURE excludes indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business interruption. For breach of a consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded, XECURE’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the Goods or the cost of doing so.
GST and tax
Prices may be subject to GST. Partners are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applicable to international shipments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. The parties submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant state or territory.
